Grand Hotel has 385 uniquely decorated guest rooms ranging from standard hotel room size to the new four-bedroom Masco Cottage. Also, we offer many different packages throughout the season intended to cater to specific interests.

The Reservations Department is available by calling 1-800-33-GRAND (800-334-7263).  The hours are  Monday - Friday 8:00am-6:00pm and Saturday - Sunday 10:00am -2:00pm.   Please feel free to email Grand Hotel directly with your availability and information request. A reservation agent will reply promptly.

Group Reservations

If your upcoming stay is part of a conference held at Grand Hotel, be aware that each conference has different reservation policies. Please contact the Reservations Department at 800-334-7263 for further information. 

Cancellation Policy

A deposit for the first two nights is required when you make your reservation. Your reservation deposit will be refunded, less a $35.00 processing fee, with notice of cancellation at least 10 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Reservations cancelled less than 10 days prior will forfeit room deposits. Grand Hotel accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Diners Club for room deposit and final payment. Personal checks, travelers checks and cash will be cheerfully accepted.

Deposit Policy

In order to confirm the reservation, we require payment for the first two evenings as a deposit. If you stay one evening, or on one of our packages, payment in full is required. Not included in this rate are charges for the round-trip transfer of luggage between the dock and the hotel. The fee for this service is $6.50 per person and is automatically added to the deposit amount. Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours for the deposit amount. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Diners Club.

Early Check-Out

Upon check in, guests will be asked to confirm their departure date. A $350.00 charge will be assessed for checking out earlier than agreed.  Check out time is 11am.

Dress Code

Casual resort wear is appropriate throughout the day at Grand Hotel. In accordance with tradition, guests must wear formal attire after 6pm. Jackets and ties for gentlemen and dresses, skirts or dress pants for ladies are required.
