We are excited to partner with Iron Fish Distillery to offer a crafted weekend package Sept 20 – 22, 2024 that mixes up good spirits, great fun, and educational and hands-on sensory experiences. The weekend will be capped with a dinner pairing, featuring hand-selected barrel finished whiskey from over 3,000 barrels aging on the Iron Fish farm. Join us for a convivial weekend of food, spirit, and conversation.

- Enjoy a Friday welcome reception featuring a specialty cocktail hand-crafted with our custom select whiskeys, 1887 Grand Rye and Grand Bourbon.
- Saturday morning, join an interactive presentation learning about the Grand Hotel Prohibition era presented by Grand Hotel Resident Historian Bob Tagatz, while enjoying time to explore the island.
- Saturday afternoon, choose from two educational and spirit sensory experiences: Crafting Cocktails led by talented Grand Hotel bartenders and Sarah Anderson, co-founder of Iron Fish Distillery. Learn the fundamentals of cocktail making, including styles and types, and make your own cocktail. Or choose to Embark on a Whiskey Journey, presented by Richard Anderson, co-founder of Iron Fish Distillery. In this interactive and tasting session, Anderson leads you through the History and Lore of Bourbon, the Mad Man Era, the Rise of Single Malt, and the Story of Barrel Finishing.
- Saturday evening, experience a journey through four unique Iron Fish spirits/cocktails paired with a delectable four-course dinner created by Grand Hotel’s Executive Chef.
